Risk of Loss

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Receive return authorization with shipping instructions
3. Package and ship your return with all required documentation
4. Wait for processing (3-5 business days after we receive your return)

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
