Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your item. This gives you adequate time to ensure your gift meets your expectations while maintaining the freshness and quality of our products.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • Returned with all included accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and intimate nature of certain meaningful gifts, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised Gifts (including custom engraved items, monogrammed products, and gifts with personal messages)
  • Gift Hampers that have been opened or partially used
  • Bereavement Gifts and Cancer Care Packages due to their sensitive nature
  • Any item that has been used, worn, or shows signs of wear

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your item including:

  • Original product in its packaging
