Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your item. This gives you adequate time to ensure your gift meets your expectations while maintaining the freshness and quality of our products.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • Returned with all included accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and intimate nature of certain gifts, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised Gifts (including custom engraved items, monogrammed products, and gifts with personal messages)
  • Gift Hampers that have been opened or partially used
  • Bereavement Gifts and Cancer Care Packages due to their sensitive nature
  • Any item that has been used, worn, or shows signs of wear

These exceptions ensure we maintain the dignity and special meaning behind these thoughtful gifts.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our Thoughtful Care Team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any special instructions for your specific item

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your item including:

  • Original product in its packaging
  • Copy of your return authorization
  • Original receipt or order confirmation

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different item? We’re happy to help you find the perfect alternative. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, with these additional considerations:

  • You may exchange for any item of equal or greater value
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • We offer free standard shipping on all exchanged items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged item, or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
